Disclaimers and such
Cosmetic surgery is almost always excluded from insurance coverage. If you think your policy covers cosmetic surgery, please contact your carrier before coming to our office and find out what conditions must be met.

Normally, all cosmetic surgery fees are prepaid. We accept cashier's checks or cash received 24 hours or more in advance of surgery. Personal checks are also acceptable, but they must be in our office with sufficient time to clear before the scheduled surgery. Prepaid deposits will be refunded 100% if your surgery is not done.
